MMStudio is a remote design studio. This policy explains how we handle information you share when you book a call, email us or work with us.
Information you share
When you book through Calendly, we receive the booking details you provide, such as your name, email address, meeting time, time zone and answers to booking questions. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. During a project, you may share business details, brand assets and the access needed to complete the agreed work.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, prepare proposals, deliver projects, communicate about ongoing work and maintain necessary business records. We only use project access for the agreed work. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or credentials by email.
Calendly and email providers
Calendly handles booking information under its own privacy policy. Our email and service providers process information needed to deliver messages and support our work. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate. We share only what is necessary for the service or where legally required.
Analytics and cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, through usage data, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity uses cookies. We don't sell this data. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
No selling of personal data
MMStudio does not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to manage enquiries, deliver services and meet legal or accounting obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it and restrict project access to what is required. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have shared with us by emailing hello@mmstudio.tech. We will review your request and explain if legal obligations require us to retain some records. Booking changes and cancellations can also be managed through your Calendly confirmation.
External websites and updates
Links to project websites, social profiles and Calendly take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated when our practices change. Contact hello@mmstudio.tech with any privacy questions.
